There are 6 Known Communist Police Stations in America.
Is this the age of the New Red Scare?
Yesterday on my website, https://libertymagazine.news, I talked about two Chinese nationals that worked with an official from the Chinese Ministry of Public Security (MPS) to set up an overseas police station in New York City that had the abilities to hunt down dissidents seeking refuge in America and strike down general anti-communist sentiments within the Chinese-American community.
The FBI investigated and arrested these two individuals working for the CCP in April of 2023 and immediately sparked concerns throughout the nation. People were furious that Chinese communists would dare to make parallel police stations in our own country, however, what people did realize is just how prevalent this really was.
Just days after, information came to the New York Post that there was possibly another police station operating in New York City in an undisclosed location. An independent organization, Safeguard Defenders, reported there was another one in Los Angeles, California as well.
The Madrid-based human rights organization published a report in 2022 detailing 100 clandestine Chinese police stations around the world, including some in the U.S. In addition to the one still remaining in New York and the newly brought to light one in Los Angeles, the nonprofit has also found “overseas service stations” in San Francisco and Houston as well as in Nebraska and Minnesota.
These “overseas service stations” are tasked with spying on Chinese nationals living abroad to ensure they aren’t working against the CCP and their communist agenda. If you read my story on my website then you will remember that an MPS Official tasked one of the now caught agents in New York City to go to California and hunt down a pro-democracy foreign national that was speaking against the CCP.
A spokeswoman for Safeguard Defenders told the New York Post back in April of last year:
“We found at least four listed in the US by PRC [People’s Republic of China] public security authorities, plus flagged an additional four overseas Chinese service centers in the US set up by the UFWD networks responsible for manning the stations.”
The United Front Work Department (UFWD), is a Chinese government agency that controls overseas ethnic and religious affairs.
From my article yesterday on the topic of Chinese communist companies buying land near our military bases:
“United front work,” which is a “blend of engagement, influence activities and intelligence operations” that the CCP employs to shape policy toward China and “gain access to advanced foreign technology.”
Unsurprisingly, the police stations spy on dissidents and others that may cause problems for CCP in the future. Often times they hide behind nonprofits and community associations.
In New York City, the discovered police station was run by America ChangLe Association NY Inc., which owns the building at 107 East Broadway where the operation was located.
America ChangLe Association NY Inc. was listed as a charitable nonprofit and pretended to be a “social gathering place for Fujianese people.” In 2016 they paid $1.6 million dollars for the suite of offices that houses the Fuzhou Police Overseas Chinese Affairs bureau.
In a shocking revelation, it appears that in 2022 they held their annual gala dinner which featured Mayor Eric Adams as the guest of honor. Unsurprisingly, this event was not disclosed on the mayor’s official agenda.
As I talked about in my other article, the FBI arrested “Harry” Lu Jianwang, 61, and Chen Jinping, 59, for establishing the East Broadway station, known to us now as the Fuzhou branch of the MPS. When these men became aware of the open FBI investigation into them, they closed down the Fuzhou branch and disposed of evidence.
Lu, was also tasked with going after Falun Gong members, a right-wing religious cult that has become prominent in America. The most notorious proponents of Falun Gong are the Epoch Times, quickly becoming one of America’s fastest growing news outlets. Readers beware.
Here’s the kicker, however, it wasn’t just Lu and Chen that were charged in Brooklyn that day in April last year; roughly 44 other people were charged for various crimes related to illegally acting on behalf of China in the US.
More than 20 of those charged Monday were members of a Chinese police task force, the 912 Special Working Group, that operated as a “troll farm” out of a security building in Beijing. I wonder why they were in America? Perhaps to bring the cyber operations to U.S. soil.
